JACOBS; beloved husband of Dorothy Jacobs (nee Ossry); loving father of Dr. Donald Jacobs, of Baltimore, and Elaine Schwartzberg, of Baltimore; loving father-in-law of Jesse Schwartzberg; devoted brother of Albert Jacobs, of Daytona, FL, Ephraim Jacobs, of Bethesda, MD, and the late David Jacobs; adored grandfather of Jeffrey Schwartzberg and E.
