Responsibilities: Will analyze and recommend free agents. Plans to continue advance scouting of opponents.

Was a linebacker at Colby College, where he graduated with a degree in English and the classics. Has a master's degree from Trinity. Born in Taunton, Mass. Lives in Baltimore with wife Lacie.
Responsibilities: Will coordinate all regional scouts, organize draft meetings and set school visitation schedule. Also will personally scout players throughout the country. Will come up with the top 150 prospects in conjunction with Savage and general manager Ozzie Newsome and help manage the board on draft day.
