PAUL TERRY MCNEILL, 57, of 1017 East Moore Street, died Friday at his residence. Mr.McNeill was born December 16, 1945 in Baltimore, MD. He was the son of George Eugene McNeill and the late June Barr and moved to Southport in 1971. A U.S. Navy Veteran, Mr. McNeill received the National Services Defense Medal as well as a Good Conduct Medal.
