On Saturday, January 25, 2003, FRANK O. WILSON of Elkridge, MD., beloved husband of Frances M. Wilson, devoted father of Kathy Yochim and Robert Carl, brother of Norma Underwood, Judy Broseker, and Peter Mihaltian. Also survived by three grandchildren. Services and interment will be private.
