Del. Barry Glassman, a Republican from Harford County's District 35A and chairman of the county legislative delegation, has been appointed to the Joint Committee on Administrative, Executive and Legislative Review.

The committee reviews all regulations and examines the performance of officers and employees in the three branches of state government to determine their compliance with state laws.

The panel also reviews the operations of executive units and agencies.
