St. John's group to ask for rules regulating 'infill'

The St. John's Community Association will meet Monday to ask County Executive James N. Robey and Councilman Christopher J. Merdon for new laws regulating small residential developments, known as "infill," that are a growing trend in Ellicott City.

The group will meet at 7:30 p.m. in the cafeteria of Northfield Elementary School, 9125 Northfield Road, Ellicott City.
