Car overturns, killing Randallstown man

THE BALTIMORE SUN

A Randallstown man died last night at Maryland Shock Trauma Center after his car crashed and overturned on the Jones Falls Expressway north of the Baltimore city line, state police reported.

Joseph Bernard Rabinowitz, 60, of the 3000 block of Algiers Road was driving a 1992 Chevrolet Corsica north at a high speed near Ruxton Road about 7:50 p.m. when it ran onto the grass median, went up an embankment and rolled over several times before landing in the fast lane, police said.

Rabinowitz, the lone occupant, was thrown from the vehicle. He was flown to Shock Trauma and was pronounced dead at 9:07 p.m., police said.
