Harford County residents may offer comments and priorities for the county's budget for fiscal year 2004 during a public meeting at 7 p.m. Jan. 29 at Havre de Grace High School, 700 Congress Ave.

County Executive James M. Harkins will conduct the two-hour meeting. Residents who cannot attend may submit written comments by Feb. 1 to Harkins at the Harford County Administrative Offices, 220 S. Main St., Bel Air 21014. "Budgetary priorities" should be printed in the lower right corner of the envelope. E-mail can be sent to Harkins at County_Executive@co.ha.md.us.
