Developers planning subdivisions in eastern Howard County or projects that require conditional-use permission must meet with neighbors before submitting plans to the county.

The next scheduled meetings are:

Tuesday at 5:30 p.m. at the model home at 5825 Rockburn Woods Way, Elkridge, about a proposal for four homes on 2.5 acres on the Dayson property, 6160 Montgomery Road.

Tuesday at 6:30 p.m. at the model home at 5825 Rockburn Woods Way, Elkridge, about a proposal for nine homes on 4.52 acres at St. John's Crossing, 9549 Old Frederick Road.

Jan. 23 at 4:30 p.m. at FSH Associates, 8318 Forrest St., Ellicott City, about a proposal for four homes on 3.24 acres on the Hoffman property, 8441 High Ridge Road.
