Worth watching: Giants QB Kerry Collins leads NFC with 3,817 yards passing and has thrown 18 TD passes. Eagles QB A.J. Feeley has thrown six TD passes in four games.

Outlook: The Eagles have won four straight - all against losing teams - with third-stringer Feeley. The Giants are one of the NFL's hottest teams and have the most important intangible: a win puts them in the playoffs. The Eagles can clinch the NFC's top seed with a win, but this shapes up as a tough divisional road game.

Kansas City (8-7) at Oakland (10-5)

Time: 5 p.m.

TV: Chs. 13, 9.

Line: Raiders by 7 1/2 .

Key stat: Raiders and Chiefs rank 1-2 in offense.

Worth watching: RB Charlie Garner leads Raiders in rushing (827 yards, 5.4 avg.) and receiving (91 catches). QB Trent Green has thrown 26 TD passes vs. 12 interceptions for Chiefs.

Outlook: The Raiders can clinch home-field advantage throughout the AFC playoffs with a win, and they won't have to worry about Chiefs RB Priest Holmes, who's out with a hip injury.
