The Giants are one of the NFL's hottest teams and have the most important intangible: a win puts them in the playoffs. The Eagles can clinch the NFC's top seed with a win, but this shapes up as a tough divisional road game.

Worth watching: RB Charlie Garner leads Raiders in rushing (827 yards, 5.4 avg.) and receiving (91 catches). QB Trent Green has thrown 26 TD passes vs. 12 interceptions for Chiefs.

Outlook: The Raiders can clinch home-field advantage throughout the AFC playoffs with a win, and they won't have to worry about Chiefs RB Priest Holmes, who's out with a hip injury.
