DR. DAVID OURSLER, of St. Michaels, MD died on December 23, 2002 at the Johns Hopkins Hospital Baltimore. He was 73. Born in Baltimore he was the son of the late Ezra C. and Ann Panetti Oursler. Dr. Oursler was a 1952 graduate of Johns Hopkins and 1955 graduate of the University of Maryland Medical School and did his residency at the University of Virginia. He was a Cardiologist in private practice, first Office was on St. Paul Street. Later he practiced at St. Agnes Hospital, Johns Hopkins Hospital and St. Josephs Hospital; and served in the Public Health Service. He retired to St. Michaels in 1990.
