Note: "Strength of victory" is the season-ending winning percentage of all the opponents a team has defeated.

AFC East

Miami: Can clinch the division title with a win or tie. Can clinch home-field advantage throughout the playoffs with a win, Oakland loss, Tennessee loss, Pittsburgh loss and if Miami wins strength of victory tiebreaker over Oakland and Tennessee. Can clinch a first-round bye with a win, Pittsburgh loss and Oakland loss; OR a win, Pittsburgh loss and Tennessee loss; OR a win, Tennessee loss, Oakland loss and Miami wins strength of victory tiebreaker over Oakland and Tennessee. Can clinch a playoff berth with a N.Y. Jets loss or tie and Denver win; OR N.Y. Jets loss or tie and Kansas City loss or tie.

Note: There are other scenarios in which Miami can clinch a playoff berth if it is determined that after this week's games it will own the strength of victory tiebreaker over the teams it is tied with.

New England: Can clinch the division title with a win and a N.Y. Jets loss or tie. Can clinch a playoff berth with a win, Cleveland loss or tie, Denver loss or tie and Kansas City win; OR a win, Cleveland loss or tie, Denver loss or tie and San Diego loss or tie; OR a tie, N.Y. Jets loss, Cleveland loss, Denver loss, San Diego loss and Kansas City loss or tie.

N.Y. Jets: Can clinch the division title with a win and a Miami loss. Can clinch a playoff berth with a win, Cleveland loss or tie and Denver win; OR a win, Cleveland loss or tie and Kansas City loss or tie; OR a tie, New England loss or tie, Cleveland loss, Denver loss or tie, Kansas City loss and San Diego loss or tie.

AFC North

Pittsburgh: Has clinched the division title. Can clinch home-field advantage throughout the playoffs with a win and losses by Tennessee and Oakland. Can clinch a first-round bye with a win and Tennessee loss; OR a win and Oakland loss.

Cleveland: Can clinch a playoff berth with a win, Denver win and N.Y. Jets win; OR a win, Kansas City loss or tie and N.Y. Jets win; OR a win, Denver win and Miami win or tie; OR a win, Kansas City loss or tie and Miami win or tie; OR a tie, N.Y. Jets loss or tie, New England loss or tie, Denver loss or tie, San Diego loss or tie and Kansas City loss; OR a loss, N.Y. Jets loss, Baltimore loss or tie, Denver loss, San Diego loss, and Kansas City loss.

Note: There are other scenarios in which Cleveland can clinch a playoff berth if it is determined that after this week's games it will own the strength of victory tiebreaker over the teams it is tied with.

Ravens: Can clinch a playoff berth with a win, New England loss, N.Y. Jets loss, Cleveland loss, Denver loss, San Diego loss and Kansas City loss.

AFC South

Tennessee: Has clinched the division title. Can clinch home-field advantage throughout the playoffs with a win and Oakland loss or tie; OR a tie and Oakland loss; OR a Pittsburgh loss, Miami win, Oakland loss; and Tennessee wins on strength of victory tiebreaker over Miami and Oakland. Can clinch a first-round bye with a win or tie; OR a Miami loss, a Pittsburgh loss; OR an Oakland loss, Miami win and Tennessee wins strength of victory tiebreaker over Miami and Oakland.

Indianapolis: Can clinch a playoff berth with a win or tie; OR a New England loss or tie; OR N.Y. Jets win, OR Cleveland loss or tie and KC loss or tie; OR Cleveland loss or tie and Denver win; OR two Pittsburgh losses and KC loss or tie.

Note: There are other scenarios in which Indianapolis can clinch a playoff berth if it is determined that after this week's games it will own the strength of victory tiebreaker over the teams it is tied with.

AFC West

Oakland: Has clinched the division title. Can clinch home-field advantage throughout the playoffs with a win; OR a tie and Tennessee loss or tie; OR a Pittsburgh loss, Tennessee loss and Miami loss; OR a Pittsburgh loss, Tennessee loss and Oakland wins strength of victory tiebreaker over Miami and Tennessee. Can clinch a first-round bye with a tie; OR a Miami loss or tie and a Pittsburgh loss; OR a Miami loss or tie and Tennessee loss; OR Tennessee loss and Oakland wins strength of victory tiebreaker over Miami and Tennessee.

Denver: Can clinch a playoff berth with a win, Cleveland loss or tie, New England loss or tie, N.Y. Jets loss or tie; OR a win, Cleveland loss or tie, Miami loss, N.Y. Jets win; OR a tie, New England loss or tie, N.Y. Jets loss, Cleveland loss, Kansas City loss or tie and San Diego loss or tie.

Kansas City: Can clinch a playoff berth with a win, Denver loss or tie and New England loss or tie; OR a win, Denver loss or tie, Indianapolis win or tie and N.Y. Jets loss or tie; OR a win, Denver loss or tie, Indianapolis loss, N.Y. Jets win, Cleveland win; OR a tie, New England loss, N.Y. Jets loss or tie, Cleveland loss or tie, Denver loss and San Diego loss or tie.

San Diego: Can clinch a playoff berth with a win, Denver loss or tie, Kansas City loss or tie, New England loss or tie, N.Y. Jets loss or tie and Cleveland loss or tie; OR win, Denver loss or tie, Kansas City loss or tie, Miami loss, N.Y. Jets win and Cleveland loss or tie; OR a tie, Denver loss, Kansas City loss, New England, N.Y Jets loss and Cleveland loss.

NFC East

Philadelphia: Has clinched the division title and a first-round bye. Can clinch home-field advantage throughout the playoffs with win; OR a tie and Green Bay loss or tie.

N.Y. Giants: Can clinch a playoff berth with a win; OR a tie and a New Orleans loss or tie; OR a New Orleans loss.

NFC North

Green Bay: Has clinched the division title. Can clinch home-field advantage throughout the playoffs with a win and Philadelphia loss or tie; OR a tie and Philadelphia loss. Can clinch a first-round bye with a win or tie OR Philadelphia loss or tie.

NFC South

Tampa Bay: Has clinched the division title. Can clinch a first-round bye with a win and Green Bay loss.

Atlanta: Can clinch a playoff berth with a win or tie; OR N.Y. Giants loss or tie; OR New Orleans loss or tie.

New Orleans: Can clinch a playoff berth with a win and N.Y. Giants loss or tie; a win and Atlanta loss; OR a win and N.Y. Giants loss.

NFC West

San Francisco: Has clinched the division title.
