Key stat: It's Vikings' No. 3-ranked offense vs. Dolphins' No. 2-ranked defense.

Worth watching: Dolphins RB Ricky Williams has rushed for at least 100 yards in the past five games. Vikings RB Michael Bennett (1,160 yards) has seven 100-yard games.

Outlook: The Dolphins know next week's game at New England is likely to decide the AFC East, but a win here would help their playoff seeding. The Vikings have averaged 26 points the past three weeks.

San Francisco (9-5) at Arizona (5-9)

Time: 5 p.m.

TV: Chs. 45, 5.

Line: 49ers by 3 1/2 .

Key stat: Cardinals' defense is ranked No. 31 in NFL.

Worth watching: 49ers WR Terrell Owens leads NFL with 13 TD receptions.

Outlook: The 49ers have won the West and are locked into the No. 4 seed in the NFC, so they'll play the last two games to stay sharp and healthy. The Cardinals are winding down another dismal season.

Philadelphia (11-3) at Dallas (5-9)

Time: 8:30 p.m.

TV: ESPN.

Line: Eagles by 6 1/2 .

Key stat: Eagles are 4-0 since Donovan McNabb's injury.

Worth watching: RB Emmitt Smith, averaging 4.1 yards a carry, plays in what might be his last home game for the Cowboys.

Outlook: QB A.J. Feeley starts his fourth straight game as the Eagles wait for Koy Detmer (elbow) and McNabb (ankle) to get healthy. The Eagles also are playing to maintain the No. 1 seed in the NFC.
