Southwestern District
Robbery/rape: A 16-year-old girl told police she was struck with a gun, robbed of $80 and raped behind Beechfield Elementary School early Monday by a man who had given her a ride in a white Mercury Cougar automobile.
Carjacking: A 49-year-old man was driving his 1995 Dodge Caravan in the 1900 block of Ashburton St. about 12:30 p.m. Monday when two men flagged him down. The pair, one with a handgun and the other a knife, ordered the man out and rode off with the vehicle, which had tags WAF 543.
Stolen vehicle: A 2002 Volkswagen Jetta with tags CWW 539, parked in the 800 block of Wedgewood Road with its engine running, was stolen early Monday.
Stolen vehicle: A gold, four-door 1991 Chrysler LeBaron with tags KTL 336 was stolen Monday in the 2100 block of Mount Holly St.
Northwestern District
Shooting: Police investigating gunshots fired about 9:40 p.m. Monday in the 4100 block of Fairview Ave. found a man, 21, wounded in a leg and seated in the back of a cab nearby in the 4100 block of Oakfield Ave. Outside the cab, a woman, 38, was found bleeding from a wound to the left hand. Both were treated at Sinai Hospital.
Southern District
Burglary: Tools and copper piping - all valued at $200 - were stolen Monday from a house in the 1500 block of Covington St.
Theft: Someone entered Next Media in the 500 block of W. Pratt St. during the weekend and stole several compact discs and cash from an office. The theft - with a total loss estimated at $400 - was reported Monday.
Western District
Stolen vehicle: A blue, four-door 1993 Dodge with tags KRL 204 was stolen Monday in the 2200 block of Penrose Ave.
Southeastern District
Robbery: A girl, 17, was walking in the 200 block of S. Broadway about 4 p.m. Monday when three men, one with a handgun, shoved her into an alley and robbed her of $144.
Northern District
Burglary: Someone entered a house in the 2900 block of Mathews St. between Dec. 13 and Monday and removed furniture, a 40-inch television and stereo equipment, all valued at $2,890.
Baltimore County
Essex Precinct
Robbery: Two male teens, one with a handgun, robbed a man, 45, of $200 in the first block of Transverse Ave. about 5 p.m. Monday.
North Point Precinct
Burglary: A computer, video games, two televisions and a videocassette recorder - all valued at $4,000 - were stolen between Dec. 12 and Monday from a house in the 7500 block of Ives Lane.
Cockeysville Precinct
Burglary: Four leaf blowers valued at $1,876 were stolen from a shed at Arstar Services in the 200 block of Schilling Circle between Dec. 6 and Monday.
Garrison Precinct
Burglary: Video games valued at $400 were stolen Monday from a house in the 3600 block of Langrehr Road.
