GIANTS: Signed IF Edgardo Alfonzo to four-year, $26 million contract.

METS: Traded SS Rey Ordonez to Devil Rays for two players to be named.

ORIOLES: Signed IF Deivi Cruz to one-year, $1.2 million contract with option for 2004.
