Chargers RB LaDainian Tomlinson vs. Bills: Tomlinson (right), the NFL's third-leading rusher, will attempt to minimize Bledsoe's damage by running against the No. 31 run defense.

Chiefs RB Priest Holmes vs. Broncos: Holmes has already gouged the No. 1 run defense for 113 yards and three TDs. Now he goes for the knockout punch.

THE HONORS

Game of the week: Raiders at Dolphins. In a delicious offensive matchup, Miami's best defense will be a clock-eating running game.

Dog of week: Bucs at Lions. Bucs don't like cold weather, but this is indoors, so their defense should feast on the Lions.

Upset of week: Packers over 49ers. Both teams have been shaky of late, but both have quality quarterbacks. Ahman Green returns and could push the Packers over the top if he's healthy.
