Edward was born in Washington, DC on January 26, 1920, was a WWII Veteran U.S. Army Anti Aircraft 102nd Division and worked at the Naval Research Laboratory beginning as an Apprentice Machinist and ending his career as a supervisor in the ESD Division. Among his many interest were music, the theater, crossword puzzles, mysteries, movies and most of all the Washington Redskins. He was an avid fan of the Redskins for his entire life.
