Emily Rose Tremblay, 10 weeks old, died of complications on Saturday, December 7 at Johns Hopkins NICU. Emily Rose was the beloved daughter of Timothy & Michele (nee Dvorak) Tremblay of Lutherville, and granddaughter of Shirley & the late Gene Dvorak, Kathleen & Richard Deasy, and Gerald & Eleanor Tremblay. Although she wasnt in this life long, she brought an eternity of joy and happiness to her parents and those she left behind. Shes being cared for in heaven by her great-grandmother, Rose Dvorak, for whom shes named. Her parents are forever grateful to the incredibly wonderful doctors and nurses in the NICUs at Johns Hopkins and GBMC. The family welcomes their friends at the Peaceful Alternatives Funeral and Cremation Center, 2325 York Road, Timonium on Tuesday from 5 until 8 P.M. The funeral service and interment will be held Wednesday at 12 noon at St. John The Evangelist Catholic Church, 13305 Long Green Pike, Hydes.
