Frederick A. Krueger, a house painter, died Dec. 1 of cancer at his sister's home in Delmar. He was 55 and had lived for about 15 years in Ocean City.
Born in Baltimore, he was educated in city parochial and public schools. He moved about 20 years ago to the Eastern Shore.
He worked as a house painter and plumber's assistant before becoming ill and moving to his sister's home.
Mr. Krueger loved animals - and life - said his sister, Mildred Saunders of Delmar. "He would give you the shirt off his back."
A private memorial service was held.
He is also survived by two daughters, Gina Marie Krueger of St. Michaels, and Jessica Amber Baker of Texas; two brothers, Butch Krueger and Kenneth Krueger, both of Baltimore; and three other sisters, Carlene Krueger of Richardson, Texas, Sandra Curioni of Severn and Beverly Dotson of Glen Burnie.
