On December 4, 2002, EDWIN DWIGHT BARE, born on November 15, 1919 in Laurel Springs, NC; dedicated father to Wanda Frye, Jesse Bare, JoAnn Toft and her husband Gary Toft and the late Edwin Dwight Bare Jr.; faithful husband to the late Helen Lucille Bare (nee Wilson). Survived by ten grandchildren and sixteen great-grandchildren. Mr. Bare fought courageously through three major battles during WWII including D Day 4.
