GKV promotes Tulenko to vice president GKV Communications announced that Maribeth Tulenko was promoted to vice president of the Locust Point-based ad and public relations agency. Tulenko, who joined GKV in 1997, will serve as a brand advocate for agency clients, including Allfirst Financial, Pennsylvania State University and Lance Inc. A resident of Ellicott City, the University of Richmond graduate is active in the Advertising Association of Baltimore.
Goldman is MGH director of national media relations
MGH Public Relations named Marnie Goldman as its national media relations director. She is responsible for major market and national media relations and developing broad-based public relations strategies for clients of the Owings Mills-based agency. Formerly an account supervisor with Fleishman-Hillard's New York office, she graduated from Boston University. A native of Baltimore, the Owings Mills resident is active with The Associated Jewish Charities.
Love names Southam systems, finance director
Love & Company appointed Carole Southam director of systems and finance. She will manage the general operations, financial management and human resources of the Frederick-based marketing and advertising firm. The New Market resident formerly was finance and development manager for Volunteer Frederick and is active in several community organizations.

Kotzum is vice president at Provident Bank
Provident Bank appointed Timothy W. Kotzum a vice president. Assigned to the finance and control division, he oversees profitability analysis. Before joining Provident in 1999, he was with Allfirst Bank. A resident of Essex, the University of Baltimore graduate earned his M.B.A. at Loyola College.
