Southern District

Arrest: Antonio Hall, 22, of no fixed address was arrested Monday in the 2300 block of Norfolk St. by members of the Warrant Apprehension Task Force on a charge of attempted murder in the shooting of Nevada Williams, 29, on Nov. 19 in the 900 block of Mayodon Court.

Baltimore County

Towson Precinct

Assault: Mark Duncan, 44, of the 7800 block of Hidden Creek Way in Anne Arundel County was arrested Monday evening and charged with assaulting a motorist in the Towson Town Center garage. Police said the victim, a 43-year-old man, was stuck in the neck with a syringe containing a clear liquid. The victim chased the suspect while calling police on a cell phone. The syringe and its contents are being analyzed by police.

Woodlawn Precinct

Robbery/arrest: A man robbed a woman of money in the 1100 block of Ingleside Ave. about 6 a.m. Monday and drove away in a stolen 2002 Acura. The car was pursued by police into the city, where an 18-year-old suspect was arrested.
