'Uncle Saddam' shows curious side of Iraqi

With "undercover footage" from Iraq in Uncle Saddam, French filmmaker Joel Soler offers a portrait of Saddam Hussein that is billed as "surreal, uniquely intimate and darkly humorous." But current events could have a lot to do with whether anyone is ready to laugh.

The film airs tonight at 7 on Cinemax.

Life With Bonnie (9 p.m.-9:30 p.m., WMAR, Channel 2) - In the midst of celebrating her 15th wedding anniversary, Bonnie dreams that she is married to Tom Hanks, who appears as himself. ABC.

Frasier (9 p.m.-9:30 p.m., WBAL, Channel 11) - After surviving his health crisis, Niles is ready to live life to the fullest - forcing his new life lessons on everyone and driving Frasier crazy, especially because of a pact he made to stop squabbling with Niles if he was allowed to live. NBC.

24 (9 p.m.-10 p.m., WBFF, Channel 45) - While CTU scrambles to recover vital information, Jack forces Mason to assign him to another case. Meanwhile, Palmer brings a new man onto his team, Kim ignores Gary's threats and refuses to abandon Megan, and Kate must face her sister's wrath when CTU arrives at the Warner House. Fox.

True Hollywood Story (8 p.m.-9 p.m., E!) - Chris Farley was an over-the-top comedian whose humor was often crude and shameless. But suffering from self-loathing, Farley numbed the pain with wild binges of food, sex, alcohol and drugs. The 33-year-old was found dead of an apparent heart attack in his Chicago apartment in December 1997.
