Monday at 5 p.m. at the Fulton property, 9429 Old Frederick Road, Ellicott City, about a proposal for four units on 2.11 acres at that site.

Tuesday at 3 p.m. at Fisher, Collins & Carter Inc., 10272 Baltimore National Pike, Ellicott City, about a proposal for four units on 2.88 acres at Cartersville, 6197 Montgomery Road.
