Northeastern District
Cutting: A 17-year-old was outside a convenience store in the 6000 block of Harford Road about 6:45 p.m. yesterday when another youth cut him on the side. The victim was treated at Johns Hopkins Hospital.
Western District
Armed carjacking: A 61-year-old driver had stopped his car at a stop sign in the 1500 block of Baker St. about 10:20 p.m. Sunday when two men, one with a handgun, forced him out and took his red 1997 Toyota Corolla with tags EYH 174.
Eastern District
Robbery/arrest: A man entered Burger King in the 4100 block of Pulaski Highway about 7 p.m. Sunday and ordered employees onto the floor while demanding money. As the man waited, someone notified police, who arrested a 44-year-old suspect.
Baltimore County
North Point Precinct
Explosive device/arrests: Two boys were arrested Sunday afternoon and charged with making and detonating an explosive device earlier that day in the 800 block of Mildred Ave. Police said the boys filled a plastic bottle with a green liquid, then placed a piece of tin foil inside the bottle, causing a reaction that expanded the bottle and melted it.
