Developers to meet with members of communities

Developers planning subdivisions in eastern Howard County or projects that require conditional-use permission must meet with neighbors before submitting plans to the county. The next scheduled meetings are:

Tuesday at 7:30 p.m. at 5735 Race Road, Elkridge, about a conditional use sought by Elkridge Furnace Inn.

Wednesday at 8 p.m. at 5005 Waterloo Road (Route 104), Ellicott City, about a conditional-use request for a church on that site.

Thursday at 5:30 p.m. at the Cornerstone Homes model, 5825 Rockburn Woods Way, Elkridge, about a proposal for five units on 2.86 acres on the Zerhusen Property, 5193 Ilchester Road.

Thursday at 6:30 p.m. at the Cornerstone Homes model, 5825 Rockburn Woods Way, Elkridge, about a proposal for five units on 3.06 acres on the McFarland property, 5386 Montgomery Road.

Friday at 4:30 p.m. at Reese and Carney, 10715 Charter Drive, Suite 200, Columbia, about a conditional-use request for a gasoline service station, 10091 Washington Blvd. (U.S. 1).
