Outlook: The Seahawks, from Berlin in Worcester County, are in their second straight state title game - their fourth overall - having been runners-up last fall to Bethesda-Chevy Chase. They dominated Howard County's Hammond, outshooting the Bears 26-7 in Monday's semifinal. Towson is in its seventh state final, its first since winning its third title in 1991. The Generals overcame B-CC in Monday's semifinal for their 13th straight win. Forward Jeff Routh (19 goals, eight assists) is Towson's top scorer. Midfielder Andy Bickel makes plays. Goalkeeper Tom Franklin has allowed eight goals with 10 shutouts behind defenders Tyler Wyman and Tyler Kohler. Decatur coach Stephen Berquist is Towson assistant Ben Berquist's older brother, and each played soccer and lacrosse for Towson coach Randy Dase.
