He began his career in 1943 as a messenger at 5 Light Street in Baltimore and progressed through various jobs; foreman, line man-installer and retiring as district commercial manager of business office operations. Funeral services Friday, 11 AM at the Fletcher Funeral Home, 254 E. Main Street, Westminster. Interment private. Friends may call at the funeral home on Thursday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM.
