All lower-level public traffic lanes adjacent to Baltimore-Washington International Airport's international terminal are to reopen this morning after being closed briefly so workers could install an iron framework for a new skyway. The bridge will extend from Level Six of the parking garage to the terminal, and will feature climate control and a moving walkway.
Drivers will notice a traffic lane shift on the lower level next to the terminal. It will be in place about a month.
