Laura Dromerick named to Dingman Center post
The Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland, College Park announced that Laura Dromerick has been appointed associate director, business services, at the school's Dingman Center for Entrepreneurship. Dromerick has an MBA from Harvard University and is a certified public accountant. She will work with mentors, executives and center volunteers to oversee the delivery of programs and services, such as business plan review and market assessment, offered to area entrepreneurs.
College names Wiseman director of media services
The College of Notre Dame of Maryland named Theresa G. Wiseman director of media relations. She is responsible for maintaining school/media relations at all levels. A 1990 graduate of the school, she was formerly with the Catholic Review and is active in the Public Relations Society of America and the Baltimore Public Relations Council.

Edward U. Fulton joins Regal Bank & Trust
Regal Bank & Trust announced that Edward U. Fulton has joined the Owings Mills-based bank as a residential mortgage loan officer for Carroll County. Fulton will be responsible for residential loan marketing for Carroll County. Formerly with Turf Equipment & Supply Co. of Jessup, the Westminster resident is a University of Maryland graduate and also played in the National Football League and Canadian Football League.

Gelpi, Gosnell added to Cannon Design staff
Cannon Design added Monica Gelpi and Mark Gosnell to the staff of its Baltimore office as staff architects.
Gelpi, who has a master's degree from Catholic University, and Gosnell, a Virginia Polytechnic Institute graduate, will assist in architectural and urban planning projects for the Baltimore-based national architectural, engineering and planning firm.
Waksmunski to head finance at Bolton Partners
Bolton Partners Inc. announced the selection of Donald K. Waksmunski as director of finance and administration for the Baltimore-based group of actuarial, benefits and investment consultants. A certified public accountant and certified cash manager, he is responsible for the management of the firm's general accounting and administrative operations. A graduate of the Johns Hopkins University, he is active with the Association for Financial Professionals and the Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants.
