The Maryland Improvement Contractors Association will present its Remodeler of the Year awards to nine Central Maryland home remodeling companies Nov. 20 at the Center Club in Baltimore.
American Contracting Services of Jarrettsville will receive first place in the categories of residential kitchen, $25,000 to $50,000, residential interior under $25,000 and residential exterior over $50,000, and a second place award of merit in the residential bath under $25,000 category.
ARDO Contracting of Columbia will receive first place honors for residential kitchen over $50,000, residential specialty and entire house (a tied category).
Welsh Construction and Remodeling will receive first place for the residential bath under $25,000, residential bath over $25,000 and commercial project categories.
Touse Remodeling of Columbia will be honored in the categories of residential interior over $25,000 and entire house (tie).
Kitchen Savers of Baltimore won first place in the residential kitchen under $25,000 category.
Bel Air Construction of Bel Air will receive an award of merit in the residential kitchen over $50,000 and residential interior over $25,000 categories.
BGE Home was named remodeler of the year in the residential exterior under $50,000 category.
ADR Builders of Timonium will receive an award of merit in the residential exterior over $50,000 category.
Associate Exteriors of Baltimore will receive an award of merit in the residential historical competition.
The Maryland Improvement Contractors Association is a nonprofit trade association for licensed home improvement contractors in Maryland.
The association has presented its Remodeler of the Year awards for nearly 30 years.
