Anne Theresa Strott, 74, office manager, secretary

Anne Theresa Strott, a retired office manager and secretary, died of a heart attack Monday at her North Baltimore apartment. She was 74.

Born in Baltimore and raised in Govans, Miss Strott was a 1945 graduate of Notre Dame of Maryland, now Notre Dame Preparatory School.

She began working as a secretary in the late 1940s. For many years, she was the office manager for PIC Engineering Co. until her retirement in 1984.

Miss Strott enjoyed collecting china angels, which she displayed in her home.

She also enjoyed visiting Stone Harbor, N.J., in the summer months.

She was an active communicant of St. Mary of the Assumption Roman Catholic Church in Govans, where she sang in the choir and was active in the health ministry.

A Mass of Christian burial was offered yesterday at the church.

Miss Strott is survived by five brothers, Howard J. Strott of Lusby, J. William Strott of Summit, N.J., Robert R. Strott of Stevensville, Thomas B. Strott of Dunwoodie, Ga., and James C. Strott of Baltimore; a sister, Mary S. Gunning of Baltimore; and many nephews and nieces.
