Hord Coplan Macht makes 3 appointments

Hord Coplan Macht announced the appointments of Russ Robertson as a senior associate and James R. Black and A. Ross Z. McCausland as associates in the Baltimore-based architectural land planning firm.

Robertson is involved with reconstruction projects in downtown, the Westside area and at the National Aquarium at the Inner Harbor. A graduate of the Virginia Polytechnic Institute, he resides in Baltimore. Black, a Sparks resident, is a member of the American Institute of Architects and graduated form Washington & Lee University. McCausland, whose projects includes new fire stations and the Northwest Hospital Center ER-7, is a University of Maryland graduate and a resident of Glyndon.

Shine takes responsibility for Performax operations

Performax has selected Mike Shine as senior vice president of operations. Formerly with Brokerage Concepts Inc, the Siena College graduate is responsible for all strategic relationships and operational aspects of the Baltimore-based national developer, manager and administrator of health and benefits plans.

Colliers Pinkard hires McCullough in Columbia

Colliers Pinkard announced that William S. McCullough has joined the regional firm's Columbia office as vice president. Formerly with Manekin LLC, the industrial real estate specialist has won several industry awards and is active in the Society of Industrial & Office Realtors, BWI Business Partnership and the Association for Corporate Growth.
