Sells and Moore are working with Volunteer Maryland

Jennifer L. Sells of Ellicott City has committed to a year of service with Volunteer Maryland, an AmeriCorps program.

A graduate student at the University of Maryland, she will serve as the Volunteer Maryland coordinator at the League for People with Disabilities in Baltimore.

Martha L. Moore, a new resident of Columbia, will serve as the Volunteer Maryland coordinator for Howard County Conservancy in Woodstock.

She will recruit volunteers to plant trees, maintain trails and serve as naturalists leading nature hikes, educational games and other activities for children visiting Mount Pleasant Farm, the conservancy's home.

Howell joins Medicalliance as an account coordinator

Tleshette Howell has been appointed account coordinator of the Rebif team for Medicalliance Inc., a Columbia-based medical education and marketing agency.

Rebif, a form of Interferon beta-1a, is used to treat multiple sclerosis.

She had been a sales representative for Merck & Co., promoting prescription drug products to physicians.
