Coldwell Banker reports Sept. gains
Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage announced increases in year-to-year total sales, total sales value and total listings for several of its area offices in September.
Overall, Coldwell Banker's residential sales division increased its number of sales by 14 percent and the value of sales by 33 percent in September.
Individual offices reported these results:
Bethesda/Montgomery Mall: sales up 800 percent; sales value up 335 percent; listings up 500 percent.
Bowie: sales up 17 percent; value of sales up 84 percent; listings up 112 percent.
BWI/Linthicum: sales up 126 percent; value of sales up 311 percent; listings up 25 percent.
Chestertown: sales up 8 percent; value of sales up 57 percent; listings up 111 percent.
Columbia/Mall: sales up 112 percent; value of sales up 56 percent; listings up 200 percent.
Columbia/Town Center: sales up 18 percent; value of sales up 51 percent; listings up 11 percent.
Crofton: sales up 48 percent; value of sales up 62 percent; listings up 13 percent.
Greenspring: sales up 100 percent; value of sales up 44 percent; listings up 10 percent.
Hagerstown: sales up 79 percent; value of sales up 127 percent; listings up 35 percent.
Lanham/Greenbelt: sales up 56 percent; value of sales up 90 percent; listings up 50 percent.
Owings Mills: sales up 4 percent; value of sales up 22 percent; listings up 9 percent.
Ocean City/104th Street: sales up 107 percent; value of sales up 159 percent; listings up 133 percent.
Ocean Pines: sales up 20 percent; value of sales up 11 percent; listings up 22 percent.
Potomac: sales up 46 percent; value of sales up 114 percent; listings up 44 percent.
Roland Park at the Stone Mill: sales up 35 percent; value of sales up 51 percent; listings up 23 percent.
Roland Park at Wyndhurst: sales up 82 percent; value of sales up 89 percent; listings up 81 percent.
Upper Marlboro: sales up 37 percent; value of sales up 60 percent; listings up 22 percent.
Bethany Beach, Del.: sales up 16 percent; value of sales up 121 percent; listings up 8 percent.
Winchester Homes moves to new office
Winchester Homes has consolidated its Maryland and Virginia divisions into 32,000 square feet of new space on two floors at 6905 Rockledge Drive in Bethesda.
"Moving both our divisions into one space just makes good sense," said Nina Goldstein, Winchester's marketing manager. "It allows us to use what we believe are the best and brightest minds in the local homebuilding industry for the benefit of all our homebuyers in both states."
Winchester will continue to maintain a plant in Baltimore.
