Developers to meet with members of communities

Developers planning subdivisions in eastern Howard County or projects that require conditional-use permission must meet with neighbors before submitting plans to the county. The next scheduled meetings are:

Tomorrow at 10 a.m. at Mildenberg, Boender & Associates Inc., 5072 Dorsey Hall Drive, Suite 202, Ellicott City, about a proposal for four units on 3.07 acres at 9010 Manordale Road.

Sunday at noon at 2992 Mount Etna Circle, Ellicott City, about a conditional-use request for a nursing home/residential care facility on site.

Monday at 6:30 p.m. at 10250 Breconshire Road, Ellicott City, about a conditional-use request for Spiritual Assembly of the Bahais at 10437 Clarksville Pike.

Wednesday at 5:30 p.m. at Frederick Ward Associates Inc., 7125 Riverwood Drive, Columbia, about a conditional-use request for bulk storage of liquefied petroleum at 7909 Old Jessup Road.
