Two men fatally shot at apartment complex

FULLERTON - Baltimore County police were investigating a double shooting last night that left two teens dead at an apartment complex.

Officer Shawn Vinson, a police spokesman, said officers responded to the Town & Country apartments on Leatherwood Place at about 8:30 p.m., where authorities found the two with apparent gunshot wounds to the upper body. Police did not release their names.

Vinson said the bodies were discovered when a friend came to check on the two.

Hagerstown man dies after vehicle hits truck

HAGERSTOWN - State police are investigating an accident on Route 63 near Interstate 70 that killed a 50-year-old Hagerstown man Friday night.

James Hoffman died after his vehicle struck a stopped tractor-trailer about 9:30 p.m., police said.
