Truth be told, she might have a case. Far be it from us to say otherwise.
But she would have a heck of a lot more credibility if she hadn't been selected from the audience at a taping of what can only be called Idiot TV.
This isn't exactly something people attend -- or even watch -- so their friends will think they're urbane sophisticates. Injury aside, the humiliation charge is a little hard to swallow.
It's a pity bad taste and worse-than-sophomoric humor aren't against the law. Then she'd have an airtight case.
