Political letter a misuse of funds

In a recent newsletter published by the Town of Hampstead and delivered to town citizens by First-Class mail, Mayor [Christopher M.] Nevin condemned three Republican Carroll County Commissioner candidates and endorsed one candidate. It is an outrage that town tax dollars were used by the Mayor, or any other Hampstead official and/or employee, for blatant political purposes.
