Urbana (0-0) vs. No. 1 Gilman (1-0)

Site: Morgan State University

Time: 7 p.m.

Outlook: The Greyhounds, led by All-Metro defensive end Victor Abiamiri, are looking to end four-time state champion Urbana's 50-game winning streak, having lost last year's game, 12-7, after having a 7-0 halftime lead. Urbana is ranked No. 2 by The Washington Post.

C. Milton Wright (0-0) at No. 2 Hereford (0-0)

Time: 7 p.m.

Outlook: The visiting Mustangs, a traditional power in Harford County, are looking to avenge last year's season-opening loss. Defending Class 2A state champ Hereford has made some position moves heading into the season, shifting senior quarterback Ryan Shupert to running back and senior nose guard Zach Armiger to tight end. Sophomore Andy DiPaula will take over at quarterback.

No. 5 Woodlawn (0-0) at No. 15 Calvert Hall (1-0)

Time: 4 p.m.

Outlook: The visiting Warriors lost last year's game by two points, but the Cardinals are capable of repeating their winning effort. Look for this one to be a battle in the trenches, where Woodlawn has two linemen weighing more than 300 pounds and Calvert Hall's average 280 pounds.

No. 11 Randallstown (0-0) vs. No. 8 Eastern Tech (0-0)

Site: CCBC Essex

Time: 7 p.m.

Outlook: The Rams are coached by Anthony Knox, a former assistant to Eastern Tech's Bruce Strunk. Eastern Tech won last year's emotionally charged contest during a season in which each team finished 9-2.
