Windharp Way: 6300 block, Owen Brown. Two men stole a woman's purse and money Aug. 28.

Single Wheel Pass: 7200 block, Kings Contrivance. Money, jewelry and a camera were taken from a home Thursday.

Second Time Lane: 7200 block, Kings Contrivance. Someone stole a videocassette recorder and cordless telephone from a home Aug. 27.

Ellicott City/Elkridge

Marriottsville Road: 1100 block, Ellicott City. Two dirt bikes were taken from a garage Aug. 27.

Old Frederick Road: 8300 block, Ellicott City. A woman returned home and found two people parked in her driveway engaged in sexual activity Aug. 27.

Normandy Drive: 2900 block, Ellicott City. Two lawn chairs were taken from a porch Aug. 24 or 25.
