PHH Arval names three vice presidents
PHH Arval announced the appointments of Barry S. Kirk, applications development; Janet L. Pelzel, associate general counsel; and Joshua L. Stuart, enterprise architecture, to vice presidents of the Hunt Valley-headquartered vehicle management company.
Kirk will be responsible for internal and external web development, client server and mainframe development and support. With PHH since 1992, the Stewartstown resident graduated from Pennsylvania State University.
Pelzel has responsibility for complex client agreements, due diligence reviews and other legal issues. A law graduate of George Mason University, the Timonium resident is a member of several bar associations, the Women's Law Association and the Equipment Leasing Association.
Stuart, a Lutherville resident, graduated from The Johns Hopkins University. He is responsible for the firm's North American enterprise architecture, which supports the technology systems and applications.
Von Paris appoints Canavan sales director
Von Paris Moving & Storage appointed David Canavan director of corporate sales for the 110-year-old Baltimore-based family operated international mover. He will be responsible for the development of new domestic and international relocation business in the government and corporate markets. Formerly with North American Van Lines, the William Patterson University graduate lives in Richmond.

Sollod, Albanese, Pulaski join MGH of Owings Mills
MGH, the Owings Mills-based ad agency, named Jayme Sollod an assistant account executive, Jaclyn Albanese an account coordinator and Sarah Pulaski a media assistant.
Sollod, formerly with Trahan, Burden & Charles, lives in Owings Mills and graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park. She will work with clients in the education and health/fitness industries.
Albanese, assigned to the account service unit, is a graduate of Towson University. The Timonium resident joined the firm from the GBMC Foundation.
Pulaski, formerly with Eisner Communications, joins the media services department.

Glen Burnie bank names Ohmer vice president
The Bank of Glen Burnie named Joyce A. Ohmer a vice president and branch administrator. She will supervise the bank's seven branches and monitor safety and security measures. With the bank for 17 years, she had most recently been the deputy administrator and manager of the bank's Odenton branch.

Coppola promoted at Ellis & Tucker
Ellis & Tucker promoted John C. Coppola to senior in its audit, accounting and consulting department. He is responsible for audits, financial statements and the preparation of tax returns. Formerly with Johns Hopkins University, the Baltimore resident earned an MBA degree from Loyola College.
