On Tuesday, August 27, 2002, PRESTON W. PATTERSON, 87, Ormond Beach, Fla, formerly of Baltimore, MD, died at his home. He was the devoted husband of Ferne Patterson with whom he shared 30 years of marriage. He was the son of the late Edwin Stanley Patterson and Emma Pfeiffer Patterson. He was proud to serve in the U. S. Army in the South Pacific in WWII and was Past Pres. of American Ordnance Assoc. He was employed by Glenn L. Martin Aircraft and SheppardPratt Hospital before retiring to Ormond Beach in 1979.
