Police search for gunman in convenience store holdup

TIMONIUM - Baltimore County police asked the public yesterday for help in finding a man who robbed a Royal Farms store.

Witnesses told police the robber walked into the convenience store in the first block of E. Timonium Road about 3 p.m. Saturday. Police said he lifted his shirt to show the handle of a gun before reaching into the register and stealing an undisclosed amount of cash.

Police described the suspect as white, 40 to 45 years old, about 5 feet 8 inches tall with a mustache, a goatee and a tattoo on his right forearm. Anyone with information is asked to call police at 410-307-2020 or Metro Crime Stoppers at 410-276-8888.
