Krebs insulted Carroll's teachers

I was appalled by the comments made by Susan Krebs in the recent "Krebs says plan is fair" article (Aug. 15). I too become agitated on occasion during my career as do many other hard working Carroll Countians, but we are typically able to control our feelings and remain professional. Krebs truly crossed the line, however, when she compared our teachers to "a spoiled kid" and went as far as to suggest they "go [teach] somewhere else" if they are unhappy.

Furthermore, Krebs's comment referring to the teachers' conduct as "rude" and "unprofessional" was most ironic as it was immediately followed by Krebs's quote stating, "It makes me feel like saying, 'Screw you, teachers.'" I do not believe the situation called for such lack of diplomacy to be placed on display for such as wide audience as that of the readers of The Sun.
