2 from Havre de Grace killed in crash at Susquehanna State Park in Harford

THE BALTIMORE SUN

A man and woman from Havre de Grace were found dead in the wreckage of a pickup truck that hit a tree in Susquehanna State Park in Harford County yesterday morning, authorities said.

A passer-by found the wreck about 7:20 a.m.

The victims were identified as Glen Allen Everett, 46, the driver, and his passenger, Moneomia Dawn Price, 41.

Maryland Natural Resources Police believe that Everett was traveling west on Lapidum Road in the 2,600-acre park when he lost control of the pickup and crashed into a tree, said spokeswoman Heather Lynch.

The time of the crash is unknown. Speed is thought to have been a factor, and police are investigating whether alcohol was involved, Lynch said.

They weren't registered as campers, she said.
