A 21-year-old man was found fatally shot early yesterday on a sidewalk in the city's Govans area, police reported.

Carl Hamlin, whose address was not available, had multiple gunshot wounds and was found about 5 a.m. in the 800 block of Benninghaus Road, police said. He was pronounced dead at 5:34 a.m. at Johns Hopkins Hospital.
