Hord Coplan Macht starts Phase Two of Park View project
Hord Coplan Macht, a Baltimore architecture, landscape architecture, interiors and land-planning firm that specializes in independent senior housing and assisted-living facilities, has announced the start of its latest project - Phase Two of Park View at Ellicott City.
The first phase, consisting of 81 one- and two-bedroom units in the 8700 block of Ridge Road - was completed in 1999. The project received a Silver Achievement Award from the National Association of Home Builders, National Council on Senior Housing.
The Shelter Group, the Baltimore developer of Park View, added the second phase of 91 units - an 80,000-square-foot complex of one- and two-bedroom apartments in a four-story, midrise design. The $7.3 million project was dedicated July 23.
