The Carroll County Department of Public Works has announced road construction projects for this week.

Pipe work: Buckhorn Road from Route 97 to Woodbine Road; Gillis Road from Woodbine Road to Route 27; Hoods Mill Road from Route 97 to Woodbine Road.

Shoulder backup: Buckhorn Road from Route 97 to the dirt section.

Waterline installation: Raincliffe Road from Route 32 to Slacks Road.

Bridge replacement: Houcksville Road Bridge, from Route 30 to Carroll Street.

Storm drain work: Obrecht Road at White Rock Road.

Inlet work along shoulders: Bollinger Mill Road from Route 32 to the end.

Road construction: Ladiesburg Road, closed at Route 75.

Road widening and improvements: Uniontown Road from Rockland Road to Springdale Road.

Road improvements: East main Street from 140 Village Road to Route 97.

Shoulder backup, seeding: Forest Stream Club Road.

Paving: Keysville South.

Shoulder work: Conover Road from Harney Road to county line; John Shirk Road from Stover Road to Otterdale Mill Road; Nusbaum Road from Otterdale Mill Road to Trevanion Road; Piney Creek Road from Harney Road to Bowers Road.
