The body of a Finksburg man missing since Friday was found yesterday morning by a hiker in a dense patch of woods near the Liberty Reservoir in Carroll County.

Police found no signs of injury on the body of Craig M. Barron, 53, and were executing search warrants and questioning acquaintances last night in hopes of determining how he died. Friends have told police that Barron had a serious medical condition that required medication and that made physical exertion difficult.

A state trooper found Barron's car at 12:30 a.m. yesterday on Deer Park Road. The car was parked beside woods around the reservoir.
